Our local bands all come fully equipped for your event – it’s just worth getting in touch if you think your event will exceed 250 guests, as extra equipment might then be necessary. You just need to make sure that the band has a power source to plug in to and a space to perform!
We recommend a flat and sheltered stage area of at least 3x3 meters for a 3-piece band – then add an extra metre squared per band member that you have booked.
A raised stage is preferable for maximum impact but our bands are flexible to all kinds of set ups!

All requests sent in advance will be considered by the band however in some instances the band won’t be able to play certain songs. This may be due to instruments required, whether the song requires a male or female voice and whether the track fits with the band’s overall style.

Our bands are known for not only their talent but also their reliability, so it’s rare that they don’t make an event as planned. However, sometimes circumstances out of their control occur and, in these instances, we will send a similar band to your event instead. Rest assured, with our round the clock customer support, the show will go on!
Most party bands play 2 x 60-minute sets or 3 x 40-minute sets, although this can vary. Check out each band’s profile to find out more about their timings.
During intervals your chosen Birmingham band can play a pre-recorded playlist on Spotify through the PA system. They can play their own party playlist or yours, just make sure you send it in advance.
