Our live bands come fully equipped for your event, though it’s worth getting in touch if you think your event will exceed 250 guests, as a larger PA system might be necessary. You just need to make sure that the band has a power source to plug in to and a space to perform!
We recommend a flat and sheltered stage area of at least 3x3 meters for a 3-piece band – then add an extra metre squared per band member that you have booked.
A raised stage is preferable for maximum impact but our bands are flexible to all kinds of set ups!

If there’s something else you’d love to hear the band play, please do send a request within plenty of time. Bear in mind that while bands will do their best to learn and play requests, it’s not always possible.
Our London bands are selected based on both their amazing performance skills and their reliability, so it’s unlikely that your band won’t play as planned. However, if inclement weather, accidents or illness strike, we offer a round the clock service ensuring a suitable replacement will be sent to you asap.
Each band has slightly different ways of working and so it’s worth checking individual profiles for more information on timings. Typically, bands play 3 x 40-minute sets or 2 x 60-minute sets.
Not necessarily – your band will make sure the party keeps on going by playing a pre-recorded playlist via Spotify through their PA system. Some even provide their own basic DJ services. You can create your own playlist and send it over to them in advance or they can play a party playlist of their own.
